Terms and Conditions
Online Competition
- Participants must register by uploading their personal data and project report.
- The project report must be prepared according to the official format/template provided by the committee, which can be downloaded from the official InYSIA website. The project report must be submitted via the Google Form link provided by the committee.
- Participants who have completed the payment but fail to submit the required documents (Slides presentation) by the submission deadline (October 19, 2025) will be considered to have automatically withdrawn from the competition.
- Participants must ensure that the submitted title and Slides presentation correspond to the competition category chosen during registration.
- The Slides presentation is required to support the visual delivery of information during the online judging process and must be submitted via the Google Form link provided by the committee.
- Participants are required to attend the online judging session according to the schedule determined by the committee. Participants who fail to attend will be disqualified.
- The decision of the committee is absolute, final, and cannot be contested in any form.
Offline Competition
- Participants register by selecting the offline competition option and uploading their personal data and project report.
- The project report must be prepared according to the official format/template provided by the committee, which can be downloaded from the official InYSIA website. The project report must be submitted through the Google Form link provided by the committee.
- Participants who have completed the payment but fail to submit the required documents (Scientific Poster in A1 vertical format) by the submission deadline (October 19, 2025) will be considered to have automatically withdrawn from the competition.
- Participants must make sure their title and poster match the competition category chosen at registration.
- The scientific poster must be printed in A1 size (vertical orientation), clearly presenting the essential elements of the invention in an informative, visual, and engaging manner. Participants are also required to bring the product (if available) and a printed (hard copy) project report during the offline judging session. The poster must also be submitted through the Google Form link provided by the committee.
- All decisions made by the committee are absolute, final, and cannot be contested by participants in any form.
